Braai & Cooking Tips

• Marinate overnight in lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs for maximum flavour
• Braai over medium coals for 25–35 minutes, turning regularly to avoid charring
• For oven roasting, cook at 200°C for 35–45 minutes until golden and cooked through
• Rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep the juices locked in
